Train with the Academy for Yoga Training

Do you have a love of yoga, enough to want to deepen your own knowledge and teach yoga professionally?

If so, this course is for you…

Join our incredible team for this Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited, intensive 200-hour online or in-person yoga teacher training course. By studying for just one weekend a month, you’ll complete the course with a globally recognised certification, allowing you to teach yoga anywhere in the world.

Our next 200-hour course starts in October 2024, with fees starting from £1995.

This is a traditional, spiritual yoga course, where you’ll learn above and beyond the asanas - covering everything from the psychology of yoga through to personal growth and philosophy. The course is led by Diane Lee, who brings 25 years of experience as a yoga teacher to guide you on your studies.

Become a qualified yoga teacher

Our Hatha Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course provides a firm foundation in yoga ethics, and trainees are expected to maintain a yogic lifestyle during training, practising yoga ‘off the mat’ as well as on it. Through self-development and understanding, our teachers will guide you through this phase of your yoga journey, helping you to develop a deeper sense of gratitude, wellbeing and peace.

As well as enhancing your own yoga practice as you learn the fundamental teachings of Hatha Yoga, with a focus on Pranayama and the synchronisation of breath and movement, the course will also equip you to plan, practice and teach your own yoga classes safely and with confidence.

For an even deeper training experience, you can also explore our 250-hour course, which combines Hatha, Restorative and Menopause yoga teacher training.
